What changes the price
- Size. Roofers price by the "square" (100 sq ft). More squares, more material and labor.
- Pitch. Steep roofs need extra safety gear and go slower.

- Deck repairs. Soft or rotted plywood found during tear-off gets replaced.
- Details. Skylights, chimneys, valleys and vents all need flashing work.
